Aerobics; one of the best ways to burn calories


Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that merge stretching with strength training routines and aerobic exercise. Is goal is to improve all elements of fitness which are the flexibility, muscular strength and cardio-vascular fitness. Aerobic exercises allow oxygen to be efficiently delivered to the muscles by strengthening our cardio vascular system.

 Aside from burning calories, aerobic exercises have many other benefits. Strength training exercises provide many advantages such as increasing the muscle mass, strengthening the musculoskeletal system, improving body composition and improving bone density. Increased muscle mass also means increased metabolism, so, even while at rest, the body is able to burn fat more efficiently.
